Accessibility statement

Kiosk Craft wants as many people as possible to be able to use kioskcraft.com. We build the site with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.
That is a target, not a claim. We do not say that the site fully conforms. This statement sets out what we have done, how we have tested it and where we know there are limits.
How the site is built
- Semantic HTML: pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists, tables and buttons, so that assistive technology can describe their structure.
- Keyboard operability: navigation, filters, the enquiry basket, comparison, the product finder and forms are built to be used with a keyboard alone.
- Visible focus: the element that has keyboard focus is clearly outlined.
- Skip link: a link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content.
- Colour contrast: text and interface colours are chosen against level AA contrast targets.
- Text resizing: text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom or text-size settings.
- Reduced motion: movement is kept to a minimum and is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms: every field has a label, and when something needs correcting the errors are listed together in an error summary.
- Alternative text: images that carry information have a text alternative.
How we test
Pages are checked with automated accessibility testing tools. We also review them by hand, using a keyboard only and at a range of screen sizes.
Automated tools cannot find every barrier, and our testing so far does not cover every combination of browser and assistive technology. That is one reason we describe WCAG 2.2 level AA as a target rather than a claim.
Known limitations
- Catalogue images are produced from small source photographs, so fine detail may be limited, particularly when an image is enlarged. We put the important details in the text and specifications rather than relying on the image.
- On-screen content shown in product photographs is illustrative. It is not meant to be read and carries no information that you need.
- Printable product sheets and any PDF versions may not be as accessible as the web pages, for example in their reading order or tagging. The web page is the primary version.
- Third-party content: there is currently none on the site. If that changes, we will assess it and update this statement.
If something does not work for you
Email info@kioskcraft.com. It helps if you tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using. We will look into it, tell you what we find and fix what we reasonably can.
If you need information from the site in a different format, or would rather send an enquiry by email than through a form, the same address works.
Kiosks and displays we supply
This statement covers the website only. The accessibility of a kiosk project, such as reach heights, contrast, text size and a staffed alternative, is a design consideration that we work through with each customer. See, for example, the notes on our self-service ordering and wayfinding pages.
Keeping this statement current
This statement was prepared on 17 September 2026. We review it when the site changes significantly, and we update the known limitations as issues are found or fixed.
