About these terms

These terms apply to your use of kioskcraft.com, the website of Kiosk Craft. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They are website terms of use, not terms of sale. Anything we supply to you is governed by the written quotation and the terms that accompany it. You can contact us at info@kioskcraft.com.
Information only
The site gives general information about kiosks, displays, software and services. It is not advice tailored to your premises or business, and nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
Kiosk Craft is quote-led. Specifications, prices, delivery, warranty and support are as set out in a written quotation. Where the site and a quotation differ, the quotation applies.
Product information and images
Product information is given at family level. It describes a range and the options listed for it, and those options are not automatically part of every model. The configuration you will receive is confirmed at quotation.
Images show example designs and example on-screen content. Colours, finishes, fittings and peripherals can differ from the pictures, and an item shown alongside a product, such as a payment terminal, is not included unless your quotation says so.
Software pages describe what can be scoped and developed for a project. They do not describe a finished product unless they say so.
Acceptable use
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration area, or the systems and data behind them.
- Introduce malicious code, or upload files that are harmful, unlawful or not yours to share.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, overload it, or try to get round its rate limits and spam protection.
- Copy or harvest content in bulk by automated means without our written permission.
- Use the forms to send spam, false enquiries or information about another person without their knowledge.
Enquiries and the information you send us
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to go ahead. Please make sure that what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to share any files you attach.

Intellectual property
The text, design, diagrams and graphics on this site belong to Kiosk Craft or to those who have given us permission to use them, and they are protected by copyright and other rights.
You may view and print pages, and share links to them, for your own business purposes. You may not republish, sell or adapt our content, or use the Kiosk Craft name or logo, without our written permission.
Links
Where the site links to a website run by someone else, the link is for information only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
You are welcome to link to our pages, provided you do so fairly and do not suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free from errors or suitable for a particular purpose. Please do not rely on the site alone when making a purchasing decision. Ask us for a quotation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and so far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or indirect loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it. If you are a consumer, you keep the legal rights that cannot be removed by agreement.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and the version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
