About Kiosk Craft
What Kiosk Craft does
Kiosk Craft provides self-service kiosks and interactive terminals, advertising boards and commercial digital displays, and the software that runs on them: bespoke kiosk software, digital signage content management, integrations, and AI solutions built around your sales process.
Every project connects three things: the hardware, the software and your business requirement. A kiosk without the right software is an expensive screen, and software without suitable hardware has nowhere to run. We plan the two together, around what your business needs to happen.
Kiosk Craft is a new business, so you will not find client logos, case studies or awards on this site, and we will not invent them. What we can show you is exactly how we work and what you can expect from us.
What we provide
Self-service kiosks
Countertop, wall-mounted, freestanding and outdoor kiosks for ordering, payment, information and check-in.
Advertising displays
Indoor, window-facing and outdoor displays, menu boards and video walls for advertising and information.
Bespoke software
Kiosk applications, signage content management and integrations, designed and built per project around your requirements.
AI solutions
AI-assisted sales management software, scoped around your own sales process and the data you already hold.
How we work with customers
Requirements first
We start with what you need to happen: who uses the screen, where it stands, what it must connect to and who will look after it. You do not need to arrive with a product in mind.
The right hardware and software
We recommend hardware families that fit the location and the task, and outline the software that has to be scoped, including anything that depends on a third party such as a payment provider.
An agreed configuration
Screen size, mounting, finish, peripherals and software scope are written down and confirmed in a quotation, so that both sides know what is being supplied.
Deployment and support
We configure the hardware, deliver the software and agree how installation, handover and ongoing support will work. Those arrangements are set out in the quotation.
Our project process
- Step 1:
Tell us what you need
Your goal, location, customers and any systems already in place.
- then step 2:
Choose the right hardware and software
We recommend kiosks or displays and scope software against your process.
- then step 3:
Agree your configuration
Screen size, mounting, peripherals, branding and integrations, set out in a written quotation.
- then step 4:
Plan deployment and ongoing support
Installation, rollout and the support arrangement that suits your sites.
Hardware, software development and ongoing management are described and quoted separately.
What we source and what we build
Kiosk Craft supplies and configures hardware. We do not manufacture it in our own factory. Our part is to choose suitable kiosk and display families for your requirement, confirm the configuration for your project and set the hardware up for the job it has to do.
Software is different: we design and build it per project. It is scoped around your requirements rather than sold as a finished product, and any integration with another system depends on what that third party makes available.
We try to be exact about the difference. Product information on this site is given at family level, an option is never assumed to be standard on every model, and anything that is not yet established is confirmed with your quotation.
How quotations work
This site is quote-led, so you will not find prices or lead times on it. A quotation from Kiosk Craft describes and prices three things separately: the hardware, the software development, and any ongoing management such as content updates or support.
Specifications, delivery, warranty, support and licence terms are those set out in the written quotation. If an option matters to you, it should appear there.
To start, add products to your enquiry as you browse, or go straight to request a quote and describe what you need.

Frequently asked questions
Does Kiosk Craft manufacture its own hardware?
No. We supply and configure hardware rather than manufacturing it in our own factory. Our work is in choosing suitable kiosk and display families for your requirement, agreeing the configuration and building the software that runs on them.
Can you supply hardware only, or software only?
Yes. Hardware, software development and ongoing management are described and quoted separately, so you can ask for any combination. If we think one will not work well without the other, we will say so before you commit.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our focus is the UK, but international enquiries are welcome. Tell us where the project is and we will explain plainly what we can supply and support there. Delivery, installation and support arrangements are set out in the quotation.
How do I contact Kiosk Craft?
