Services

Services that take a project from idea to working installation

Hardware and software only earn their keep once they are designed for your brand, installed properly and looked after. Kiosk Craft offers design and branding, installation and rollout planning, and support and maintenance. Each is described and quoted separately, so you choose what you need.

Where services fit

Every Kiosk Craft project connects three things: the hardware, the software and your business requirement. Services are how those three are brought together on your premises and kept working. That means deciding how the equipment should look, getting it safely installed and connected, and agreeing who does what when something needs attention.

You may need all three services, one of them or none. Some businesses have their own designers, electricians and IT support and simply want well-specified hardware. Others want one point of contact from the first sketch to the last site. Tell us which you are and the quotation will reflect it.

Our services

  • Design and branding

Enclosure colour and finish options, printed graphics, the on-screen brand and the accessibility of the interface, with clear artwork specifications for your designers.

  • Installation and rollout

Site survey questions, power and data, fixings, outdoor groundwork, a pilot before wider rollout and multi-site logistics, with responsibilities agreed in the quotation.

  • Support and maintenance

What a support scope can cover — diagnostics, spares, software updates and content changes — with hours, response and warranty terms as agreed in your quotation.

How a project typically runs

  1. Step 1:

    Tell us what you need

Your goal, location, customers and any systems already in place.

  2. then step 2:

Choose the right hardware and software

We recommend kiosks or displays and scope software against your process.

  3. then step 3:

    Agree your configuration

Screen size, mounting, peripherals, branding and integrations, set out in a written quotation.

  4. then step 4:

    Plan deployment and ongoing support

Installation, rollout and the support arrangement that suits your sites.

Hardware, software development and ongoing management are described and quoted separately.

A typical project moves from enquiry and discovery, through specification and quotation, design, configuration and testing, to installation, handover and support. The stages and responsibilities for your project are set out in your quotation. Illustrative diagram.

From enquiry to handover

  1. Enquiry

You tell us what you want to achieve, where, and roughly how many units. The quote form collects the details most projects need, or you can email us.

  2. Discovery and advice

We ask about your sites, users, brand, existing systems and timescales, and recommend hardware, a software scope and services to suit.

  3. Quotation

Hardware, software development and ongoing management are described and quoted separately, with options, assumptions and responsibilities stated.

  4. Design and configuration

Finishes, graphics and on-screen design are agreed, hardware is configured, and any software in scope is built and tested on the target hardware.

  5. Pilot

One unit or one site goes live first, so that fixings, connectivity, software and staff routines are proven before the rest follow.

  6. Rollout and handover

Remaining units are delivered and installed to an agreed plan, staff are shown how to use and look after them, and documentation is handed over.

  7. Support

Any support and maintenance arrangement you have chosen begins, on the terms set out in the quotation.

What this includes — and what it does not

What is and is not included

Services are optional and quoted separately from hardware and software. Buying hardware from Kiosk Craft does not by itself include design work, installation or a support arrangement.

We do not publish standard prices, lead times, warranty periods, support hours or response times. The terms that apply to your project are those set out in your quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy services with the hardware?

No. Services are optional and quoted separately. If you use your own designers, installers and IT support, we will still give you the specifications and guidance those people need.

Can you arrange installation at our sites?

Installation can be included in a project. Who carries out the work — Kiosk Craft, a specialist installer or your own contractor working to our guidance — depends on your locations and the equipment, and is agreed in the quotation.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the hardware configuration, the amount of software and design work and how ready your sites are. We do not publish standard lead times. Your quotation sets out the expected timeline and what it depends on. Fixed dates such as an opening should be raised at the start.

Is there a warranty?

Warranty terms are set out in your quotation for the specific hardware and services supplied. We do not publish a standard warranty period on this site. Ask us to quote the support and spares arrangements you want alongside.

How do I contact you about a project?

Email info@kioskcraft.com or use the quote form. We deal with enquiries by email so that requirements, drawings and photos are kept together in writing.

Not sure which services you need?

Tell us about your sites, your team and your timescales. We will reply by email with advice on what to plan for and what can be quoted.
